Dr Vadim was born in L'vov, Ukraine and immigrated to the US in 1976 where he grew up in Los Angeles, Ca.  A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, Dr Vadim had taken particular interest in sports dentistry and protection against athletes' orofacial and cranial injury.  Also, as a former student of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, he learned and understood the need for tooth, jaw, and head protection while maintaining physiologic balance of the jaw-head-neck complex.  As a student of  Gerald Maher,  D.M.D. FAHNP, Dr.Vadim has learned the technique of placing the jaw in its most ideal position and implementing that into the No-KO mouthguard.  Dr Vadim is a fan of all combat sports, and having participated in them, understands the need for the best protection and balance that a mouthguard should deliver.
	“My name is Jonny Nitro and if I died tomorrow I would be ok with that. I have lived the most amazing life...” Nitro has worked a multitude of different jobs, opened his first business, ‘Players Ink Tattoo’, at the age of 18 to much acclaim. Worked in the night club industry for 12 years...Bounced, managed and owned all over NorCal and Southern California ...Studio 8, Paradise Beach, Blue Tattoo, Club Wild, Pearl.       Now doing foreclosure homes in Las Vegas Nevada, and  the VP of NO-KO.  ...He has seen and done more then most will ever dream...And he is thankful for those who have been in the path his life has taken... I honestly feel justified because I made so many people happy at one point or another in their lives...And I'm still not done... funny how things come full circle. 	After a decade of building brands, businesses and empires for others, the VP of Visual Design and one of four partners in NoKO sets out to do the same for this mouth guard Co. with a drastically different product.       Scott Meade has spent the latter portion of his life building brands for uncountable start-up businesses and those in need of regenerated life and direction, in and around his home turf of Silicon Valley California and around the world.      Growing up with art a major part of his life he attended junior college in Nor Cal with a focus in commercial art.  He then moved on to San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minor in Web Design.  With the “.com” bubble burst hitting just as he graduated, his dreams to be inducted into the lucrative and seemingly easy ride of the new “.com” driven corporate world were dashed.  Without skipping a beat he decided to set out on his own and formed his own design firm, Meade Design.  Obviously, timing was questioned by his peers in the failing firms at the time.  He recalls thinking, “If I can stay afloat while all of these competitors slowly sink, then I can thrive when better circumstances arise.”  It’s been a rough road with many obstacles along the way.  However, the education he’s received even after the formal higher education has been key in putting him in a position to help guide NoKO to Success by way of solid yet edgy branding and marketing.
